A doula can help you have a positive and safe birth experience:

  • During labor, a doula can help with coaching and emotional support.
  • Studies show that when doulas are involved, there are shorter labors, fewer C-sections, fewer requests for pain meds, and more positive childbirth experiences.
  • Birthing parents who use doulas have more success with breastfeeding.

Birth & Postpartum Doula Care

  • Free Consultation: Via phone, video chat or in person.
  • Two Prenatal Visits: At these visits we will discuss your birth plan, education on labor and delivery, go over comfort techniques, discuss any anxieties and or fears and answer any questions you may have.
  • Unlimited support: Via phone calls, texts or emails during pregnancy.
  • On call: 24/7 starting at 37 weeks-42 weeks or until baby is born.
  • Continuous support: During labor and delivery, as well as after the baby is born for breastfeeding and bonding support.
  • Pricing starts at $1200.00 cost may vary due to location.

Overnight Postpartum Doula

  • 1 Design Session: Between 34-35 weeks to go over your families specific needs.
  • Duties Include: Light cleaning, laundry, restocking the nursery, ect. We will design the perfect plan for you and your family.
  • On Call : 24/7 via phone, text or email for the duration of our contract.
  • Physical Support: During the hours of 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Pricing starts at $280 per night, cost may vary due to you families needs and your location.
    • Starting April 1st, overnight postpartum is only available with Birth Package

Daytime Postpartum Doula

  • 1 Design Session: Between 34-35 weeks to go over your families specific needs.
  • Care: I will help care for you, your baby and your family as you transition into your new family dynamics.
  • Duties: Include light cleaning, laundry, nursery restocking, ect. We will design the perfect plan for you and your family.
  • On Call: 24/7 via phone, text or email for the duration of our contract.
  • Pricing: $35.00 per hour but may vary due to the specific needs of the family and your location.

Nursery Organization

Are you completely exhausted due to growing a tiny little human, on bedrest or just extremely busy and cannot find the time or energy to put together the nursery? No worries, we can do that for you! . Just hand us a list and we will get it done.

  • Organization: and set up of nursery
  • Duties: include washing and organizing the clothes.
  • Set up: furniture in the nursery, including but not limited to crib, dresser, changing table, bassinet, ect.
  • Pricing $100 per hour with a 5 hour minum.
