Birth & Postpartum Doula Care
- Free Consultation: Via phone, video chat or in person.
- Two Prenatal Visits: At these visits we will discuss your birth plan, education on labor and delivery, go over comfort techniques, discuss any anxieties and or fears and answer any questions you may have.
- One Postpartum Visit: At this visit I will answer questions and address any concerns pertaining to mom and baby. We will work through any traumatic events from the birth (if there were any).
- Unlimited support: Via phone calls, texts or emails during pregnancy.
- On call: 24/7 starting at 37 weeks-42 weeks or until baby is born.
- Continuous support: During labor and delivery, as well as after the baby is born for breastfeeding and bonding support.

Birth Plan Design Session
- 1 In Person Design Session: At this appointment I will educate you on anything and everything that could possibly happen during your labor and birth so you are prepared for any situation that may arise.
- Personalized Birth Plan: The plan will be prepared for you to give to all medical staff. This plan will show in detail your birth
preferences. - Pricing $300 per Plan: but may vary due to the specific needs of the family and your location.
Daytime Postpartum Doula
- 1 Design Session: Between 34-35 weeks to go over your families specific needs.
- Care: I will help care for you, your baby and your family as you transition into your new family dynamics.
- Duties: Include light cleaning, laundry, nursery restocking, ect. We will design the perfect plan for you and your family.
- On Call: 24/7 via phone, text or email for the duration of our contract.
- Pricing: $50.00 per hour.This price may vary due to the specific needs of the family and your location.
Virtual Doula Services
Virtual doula services provides professional birth and postpartum support through phone, video calls, and messaging instead of in person visits. It allows mothers and families to receive guidance, education, and emotional support from a trained doula no matter where they live.
- Virtual prenatal education and guidance.
